Every /v1/* request requires a bearer credential. Pin the dated API contract with Errata-Version:

Authorization: Bearer $ERRATA_API_KEY
Errata-Version: 2026-08-26

Omitting Errata-Version selects the current contract. Sending any unsupported value fails with 400 instead of silently drifting. The complete machine-readable contract is public at /openapi.json. /v1/release and readiness responses publish the contract version and SHA-256 digest used by the running service.

MCP endpoint

POST /mcp serves stateless Streamable HTTP MCP. Use an MCP SDK or client configuration when possible; raw JSON-RPC calls are primarily useful for transport diagnostics.
