Privacy Policy

When you create or use an account, our authentication provider, Clerk, processes the identifiers and account details needed to sign you in. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides Clerk and Errata with basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image, subject to the permissions shown on Google's consent screen.

We also process service requests, account activity, security events, and limited technical logs needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve Errata. Hosted MCP and REST bearer keys are separate credentials and should not be shared.

We use information to authenticate users, provide and support the service, prevent abuse, investigate reliability or security issues, communicate material service changes, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We share information only with service providers needed to run Errata, including Clerk, Google when you select Google sign-in, and hosting or infrastructure providers. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or de-identify it when reasonably practicable.

You may manage connected sign-in methods from your Errata account. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, email tylergibbs048@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
